These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bk8rp ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bk8rp website located at https://bk8rp.cam and all associated services, products, software, applications, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Services").

bk8rp operates as an online casino and sports betting platform catering primarily to players in Malaysia, including but not limited to those based in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. All monetary transactions on the platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are accepted subject to the terms set out in Section 6.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or otherwise using the Services in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

In these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on bk8rp, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. bk8rp strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with international online gambling standards. Proof of age will be requested during KYC verification and may be requested at any time at our discretion.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using the Services is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. bk8rp makes no representation as to the legality of the Services in any specific jurisdiction.
4. Single Account: Each individual User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or exclusion from gambling services at the time of registration or use.
6. Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of bk8rp, any affiliated entity, or any game software provider whose products are available on the Platform.

Registration of an Account requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of all information provided and must notify bk8rp promptly of any changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify bk8rp immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any other security breach. bk8rp shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification: bk8rp reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A copy of your MyKad (Malaysian Identity Card) or valid passport;
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, dated within 3 months);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account showing your registered name).

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is successfully completed. bk8rp may also request enhanced due diligence for high-value transactions.

By using the Platform, you agree to use the Services solely for personal, recreational purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one Account, whether under your own identity or any other identity, real or fictitious.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotions through collusion, arbitrage betting, the use of multiple accounts, or any systematic strategy designed to extract bonus value without genuine recreational play.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, borrowed, or otherwise unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity. bk8rp complies fully with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
• Hacking and System Manipulation: Attempting to circumvent, reverse-engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform's technical systems, game algorithms, random number generators, or security infrastructure.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated systems to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from bk8rp.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players, whether at live tables or in sports betting syndicates, to manipulate outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.

bk8rp employs sophisticated fraud detection, pattern analysis, and third-party verification tools to identify Prohibited Activities. Detection of any such activity will result in immediate Account suspension, full forfeiture of all Wallet Balance and Bonus Funds, and the return of any deposits made by improper means where legally required.

bk8rp supports a comprehensive range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the Malaysian market. Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and the following cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM50 for all MYR payment methods; minimum equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance promptly upon confirmation of receipt by bk8rp. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times.
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account holder.
• E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval.
• Bank transfer withdrawals via FPX or DuitNow are typically processed within 1 business day.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes, subject to blockchain network conditions.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is incomplete or if enhanced due diligence review is required.
• bk8rp reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal of MYR 5,000 or above.

bk8rp offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms applicable to each individual offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each promotion is available to one Account per individual, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Wallet Balance and are subject to Wagering Requirements before withdrawal of associated winnings.
• The Wagering Requirement for each bonus offer is clearly stated in the relevant promotion's specific terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the offer selected.
• Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in each promotion. Bets placed on excluded games during an active bonus period may be voided or may not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• bk8rp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice in the event of suspected abuse, technical error, or change in regulatory requirements.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and carry no cash value unless specifically stated in writing by bk8rp.

Full details of all active promotions, including specific eligibility requirements, eligible games, maximum bet per spin or per wager during an active bonus, and expiry periods, are published in the respective promotion's terms and are available upon request from our support team.

All bets, wagers, and casino game rounds placed on bk8rp are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, as published by the relevant game studio or sports betting provider. In the event of a conflict between general platform terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of the outcome of individual bets or game rounds.

Sports Betting:

• All sports bets are accepted subject to market availability, bet limits, and pricing at the time of placement. Markets include but are not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League, UEFA Champions League, La Liga, NBA, UFC, and esports.
• Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of an acceptance confirmation from the Platform. Bets that have not been confirmed should not be assumed to be valid.
• In-play bets are accepted at bk8rp's sole discretion. bk8rp reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time without notice.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or rescheduled, bets will be settled in accordance with bk8rp's sport-specific rules applicable to that event type.

Casino Games:

• All casino games, including slots, live dealer table games, and crash games, operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or independently certified live-stream feeds.
• In the event of a technical fault or disconnection during a game round, the round will be resolved based on the game's automated recovery logic. The result recorded by the Platform's server shall be final in all disputes.
• bk8rp reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical malfunction, erroneous pricing, or system error.

bk8rp is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Users. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered Users at any time and are processed without unnecessary delay.

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to restrict the maximum amount deposited into their Account within a given period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations to limit continuous play time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Users may request a short-term suspension of their Account for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request indefinite self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are permanent once confirmed and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

All content on the bk8rp Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, software, text, images, data compilations, and game content ("Intellectual Property"), is the property of bk8rp or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform and its Services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any part of the Platform's content without prior written consent from bk8rp;
• Modify, adapt, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any Platform software or content;
• Use bk8rp's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without express written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of bk8rp's Intellectual Property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bk8rp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data, where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any third-party content, services, or payment processing delays beyond bk8rp's direct control.

bk8rp's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bk8rp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Detection or reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Activities as defined in Section 5;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request;
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information;
• Chargebacks, payment disputes, or fraudulent transactions initiated by the User;
• Legal obligation, regulatory instruction, or court order requiring suspension or closure;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.

Upon closure of an Account, any genuine real-money Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus Funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to the User via their last verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC requirements and verification of no outstanding chargebacks or disputes.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may contact our support team at any time. Account closure requests for responsible gambling reasons will be actioned with priority and may qualify for self-exclusion provisions set out in Section 9.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which bk8rp holds its applicable gaming licence.

In the event of any dispute, bk8rp and the User agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. You may raise a formal complaint by contacting our support team. We will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to resolve all disputes within 30 business days of acknowledgement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect confidential information or intellectual property rights.

bk8rp reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bk8rp will provide reasonable notice to registered Users via email or a prominent notification on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.
